About Our Guest:  Monica Panetta, SPHR, HCS has over a decade of multi-faceted human resources experiences specializing in life sciences, startup and growth mode companies. She is the Head of Human Resources for the Americas at LifeScan, a diabetes care company that is responsible for the OneTouch Brand. Prior to joining LifeScan, Monica was the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Compliance Officer at Genomind Inc. Monica oversees all aspects of human capital strategy, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance for close to 300 employees.
