I really like your show. I feel that you speak to the listener rather than “at” the listener. I especially enjoyed the 5 part series you did with your mom about slab city. I think a lot of us are trying to think outside the box about how not to just survive but maybe thrive a little too. There’s a lot of talk about buying cheap land and putting a trailer on that land and surviving off grid. There are different methods for meeting your electrical, sewage and water needs. The idea of course is to be able to weather the many economic storms and uncertainties in life and not be staring at a 30 year mortgage. I’ve listened to all of your podcasts so far and feel you’d be the right guy to listen to. Thank you for all your help.
