In this episode, we chat with Yoga Teacher and lifelong yoga student Tegan Burger. We talk with her about what Yoga is, Yoga’s philosophy, and what mindfulness and meditation are. We also discuss how these tools can be accessible to us. Tegan then takes us through a meditation.
Tegan is the owner of the Tegan Be Yoga School, based in Johannesburg. She has been teaching and learning Yoga since 2011. She has attended 6x yoga teacher training courses, runs a Yoga school where she trains 200hr and 300hr yoga teachers, and she is currently doing a degree in BSc Nutritional science.
To top it all off, she also has her own podcast, Be Yoga, where she shares an array of yoga classes for you to follow along.
