In our first ever episode we chat with the beautiful @Ashlyn_Gunderson to talk about her journey with fitness and pregnancy. For those that don't know Ashlyn, she is a Lethbridge, Alberta girl who owns a holistic nutrition and personal training business called PerfectFit4U. She has a science degree from the U of L and has been coaching for the past 7 years. She is a breath of fresh air. She says it like it is and is 100% honest when it comes to her own struggles. For example, she had multiple miscarriage's prior to this pregnancy and talks very openly about it. In this episode, Ashlyn gives us her top tips for health and fitness during pregnancy and so much more!
