Hi to all my loves, here is my story of my mental health journey. I felt it was important to tell you the story of my struggle and hopefully empower you all to do the same. Its easier to keep the hard stuff in than to let it out. Sometimes all you need is an ear. I hope you can find some common ground or even respect the honesty that went into this very first episode.
