Otito to Foju Han - The Chronicle of a British Nigerian

A look into the journey and daily struggles of a millennial bi-cultural subject. NOTE: The cover image - a digital art parody of Damien Hirst's sculptures from the 'Treasures from the Wreck of the Unbelievable' exhibition. Contentious for attracting charges of cultural appropriation of Yoruba culture from Ifẹ during British colonial rule in Nigeria. The two eyes represent a duality of culture in which the Nigerian side is fragmented. The background illustrates an annexing of British culture by African influences, with the both countries combined 'notably' on a British flag.
