Peace and mindfulness

I like listening to Phra Ajarn Jayasaro’s talks as they guide me to the inner peace. I feel that I have become a calmer person after sometimes of meditation and Dharma listening. I have realised that nothing in this world is mine and this helps me to let go of things and memories. Things happen and then end, everything changes and this is normal. I have learnt not to hold on to things or people and accepted when things didn’t go the way I want.

I really appreciated this lists of talk and want people to realise that happiness and peacefulness are from inside.
