Since I broke up with my ex, I have been trying to find ways to help me with breaking up. Then, I found this podcast and all I have to say is THIS helps me going thru the breakup. Although, it’s been almost 3 years, Trina’s podcast still makes sense to me and helps me get back to live my life again. Thanks Trina for your hard work.

I had been suffering and strugling with moving on for a long time. It was really hard. I cried myself to sleep every night with anxious feelings. I broke up with my boyfriend because I found out that he cheated on me and went on dates with multiple women from Ti**er. He also claimed that he didn't want to commit and still wanted to keep in touch with me because he didn't want to lose me completely. (I live in Thailand and he now moved to the another country to work) I couldn't move on. I thought he also had done so many ways that he still loved me. One day I listened to Trina's Podcasts and realized that if he loved me he wouldn't treat me this way. It was very hard to let him go. I didn't think I would be able to cut all ties with him. Trina helped encourage and give me strengths to move forward with my life. I blocked my ex and stopped stalking him on social media like Trina told me to. I'm now a very happy person.
