This is my first podcast, trying it out and giving this ago. I'm passionate about helping people with mental health such as depression as I myself have experienced depression and want to help people struggling especially with lockdown people are finding it hard and want you to know you're not alone and have someone to talk to so I'm doing a Q and A (questions and answers) ask me what you want and any advice and I'll answer them :) Thanks , Dan
