This podcast was created out of my desire to create what I was craving for a long time…sleep meditations that spoke to what I was feeling at the end of the day, or addressing the thoughts that were running through my mind and keeping me from sleeping. Meditations that would not only help me calm my body and mind, but fill my soul.
