This Podcast will provide me with an outlet to share my life stories with others. Especially people in the mental health community living with Bipolar I know how debilitating this disorder can be living in a extreme and intense emotional state can be exhausting, so hopefully sharing my story will let someone know they’re not alone ! Also, I want my podcast to be a platform that’ll inspire, encourage, and uplift people to keep on keeping on while helping me in the process !
