"The years keep us apart, but we're stuck together”. The Pandemic and Black Lives Matter movement of summer 2020 provided households, often with members from different generations, with a rare opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue about their lived-experiences.
This episode explores the theme of intergenerational discussions and specifically overcoming generational trauma, with invited guests Dr Dawn Estefan (psychotherapist, writer and speaker) and; Suranjeet Singh, (founder of Punjabi mental health charity Taraki).
