TALKING TO YOURSELF IN THE SECOND OR THIRD PERSON :)

"CRAZY" IDEAS TO KEEP YOU SANE

This is a short improvised session :)

Sometimes we are too close to ourselves, our thoughts and emotions and from that place, it is difficult to welcome surprise and even to take care of ourselves. 

The invitations are:

1. To talk to yourself in the second person. In my case it would be: "what do you want to do today, Inma", "What do you want to eat, smell, touch, see ...? where would you like me to give you a massage Inma? 

- Do not anticipate the answer, leave space for a surprise ... it may be difficult at first, but with practice, it will come.

2. Talk to yourself in the third person. In my case, it would be: "I am going to ensure Inma gets enough to sleep", "I am going to make an effort so that Inma has nourishing food" ... 

Like always, do it playfully, with as much love and smiles as you can.

If sorrow or sadness (or any other negative emotion) is on you, you can say "(your name) where would you like to cry now?, what would be helpful for you at this point?" ... open space and permission to do what is needed.

Embrace yourself, your fascinating self as no one can!! As yourself what does she need? give her your care, love and attention as you would to someone you love. Or someone you would like to love :)
