We spoke about growing up and observing the roles that women played in our youth and how this influenced our present day roles as partners and mothers. Kelly explains how it all comes down to love and about the beautiful art of reframing things and finding a way to joy in all that you do. We touched on the importance of valuing yourself and choosing experiences that you want to have in life, as well as, using Affirmations and visualization and ritual to create beautiful outcomes. Kelly also shares her secret for exuding love. We also spoke about her becoming a mother as she was portraying Lily on Gossip Girl, her divorce, evolving and growing, and deciding to question the 'ordinary' in society. Finally, we explored the importance of following our own inner guidance and healing ourselves.
