Why I'm Team Prince Harry & Meghan Markle

That's pretty much how I feel about life. Freedom over formality is what I say and how I live. That's why I haven't had a boss in close to 10 years, why I started this podcast, and why I don't push my kids to stick with inconsequential activities if that's not what makes them truly happy. 

The Duke and Duchess have recently chosen their own freedom over royal formality recently and I absolutely love it. They're shining a light on the fact that we often make our own happiness or our own unhappiness. The choices aren't always easy, but if they're just--happiness will follow.
