According to the figures, young people have been the biggest flouters of tough restrictions on gatherings, as the good weather led to defiance of emergency laws. So, we wanted to find out how the local Police force has been dealing with the outbreak and how their work has changed. Paul Gibson spoke to Sergeant Kara Tombling from Wealden Police who told him how Policing has taken a different angle over the recent weeks.

The gardens are very famous for its amazing displays at this time of year, and of course, visitors have not been able to enjoy them . So, grounds manager of Herstmonceux Castle, Guy Lucas decided that if people cannot come to the flowers, then the flowers will go to them. Guy joined Paul Gibson from Hailsham News  recently to explain why he’s bunched up more than 2000 flowers to give some joy to local people.
