Lou and Teresa discuss why working on your balance, at any age, is important to your overall health. Not being able to maintain your balance as you perform everyday tasks, makes taking care of yourself difficult, if not impossible. Teresa offers great tips to stay upright! There are small changes we can make to make sure we stay independent.  The earlier you start, the better! (In the episode Lou cites a yoga pose and notes the pose is standing head to toe. The correct name is standing head to knee.)
