1. I feel like I was stuck in a rut.
* rut:常規、慣性、慣例 *stuck in a rut:陷入一成不變的生活
 - 西方思維:反思生活狀態、自我覺察(self-awareness)
2. Think about something you’ve always wanted to add to your life, and try it for the next 30 days

  • try it 嘗試新事物 (give it a shot:試試看)

- 西方思維:主動行動,先做再說,強調小小行動的重要性。
 3. It turns out, 30 days is just about the right amount of time to add a new habit or subtract a habit.
*add a habit:建立習慣 *subtract a habit:戒除習慣
- 西方思維:30天是可衡量的行動設計(measurable goals)
 4. Small, sustainable changes were more likely to stick.
 * sustainable changes:可持續的改變  * stick:黏住、持續下去(引申為習慣留下來)
 - 西方思維:可持續性比一時衝動更能留下來
5. The next 30 days are going to pass whether you like it or not.
- 西方思維:時間主權、自我負責(take ownership of time)與其虛無度日,不如改變自我。

  - 西方思維:行動導向 / 不拖延(take action now)
