The youngest, the skilled archer, showed the greatest courage: he defeated a twelve-headed dragon, outwitted Night and Day, defeated giants and saved an enchanted princess. For his courage and intelligence, he received her hand and half a kingdom as a reward. The tale glorifies courage, wisdom and justice.
