静岡・牧之原の竜巻、国内最強級　県内重軽傷８９人、住宅全半壊１１９棟

気象庁は８日、台風１５号が静岡県沿岸を通過した５日に同県牧之原市から吉田町にかけて発生した竜巻は、現地調査の結果、風速毎秒約７５メートルと推定されると発表した。 A tornado that struck the central Japan prefecture of Shizuoka on Friday was estimated to be one of the strongest in the country, with an instantaneous wind speed of 75 meters per second, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency.
