Running has long been the answer to losing weight, but it is the right weight?? In this episode I talk about who benefits from long distance runs and who is doing more harm than good with those same runs. Cardio is short for cardiovascular which simply means "relating to the heart and blood vessels" aka your heart health. So while it is important for incorporating cardio, it may not be what you think.
