Jay-rod has over 25 years of experience doing great things in the community. It’s beautiful to see people uplift and give back. We also have Mr. Ervin back with us; he was in Nuts & Guts before. Two great men doing their best in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Mentoring is gift to others that involves other elements, such as tutoring, life skills, building self confidence and awareness, training and coaching. The supportive, healthy relationships that are built between mentors and mentees are both equally important.
