9 Ways People Heal Trauma using the Enneagram - Real Client Cases S3 Ep 17

Enneagram 2.0 with Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes

Our personality is a defensive coping structure to protect us from pain, including traumatic injury. This defense mechanism was necessary when dealing with trauma at the time, but afterward, we tend to have problems that flow from that defense that block our growth. It becomes like a wound that hasn’t been healed and creates challenges for change. Uranio Paes and licensed psychotherapist Beatrice Chestnut share specific cases they had with clients of each Enneagram type when healing trauma.

CP Enneagram Academy has Enneagram inner work retreats that use trauma healing to help students.
