A Life-Altering Transition to True Purpose with Christina L Woods

This week’s “How She Finds Purpose” insight comes from Christina Woods. She says – “Follow your intuition. But you have to have boundaries to follow your intuition. So what I mean by that is if you are cluttered with chaos, you cannot tune into your intuition. So having boundaries, self-care, a little quiet space, practice to allow yourself to let what you hear move through your heart and not your head. Your head doesn’t have a lot of answers. As high achieving women, we tend to think, let me sound smart. Okay? No. The answers come through your intuition, your inner compass. You have known your whole life what feels right and aligned, and your wisdom will guide you.” Christina Woods is an internationally recognized clinical hypnotherapist who helps smart, spiritually open women tap into their inner strength and wisdom.
