Shubha - House of Momo and a Multi-Talented Musician

Shubha Giri is a multi-talented musician, music promoter and the brains behind the super successful 'House of Momo'. In this episode, he shares his experiences and stories about successfully bringing the legendary Nepathya band to perform at the Wembley arena in London, music industry, exploring the roots and world genre of music and off course his very successful venture into the hospitality sector with 'House of Momo' and how he got there. 

Shubha has many years of experience working in the UK music scene and is often promoting and putting together shows in the artsy hub of Dalston and Hackney in London. He has also worked with numerous successful artists from all over the world, not only in the roots and world music sector but also within the Nepali music scene. 

He can also now count himself a success in the food sector with the introduction of 'Momos' to many non-Nepalis with his super busy 'House of Momo' restaurant in Dalston. You will see customers queueing up for his momos on most days.
