Before stepping into this role, Tommy’s journey took him from playing college basketball at Tennessee Temple University to serving with SCORE International, a global sports ministry, and later coaching high school basketball for over a decade. Under his leadership, Decatur Heritage Christian Academy made three state Final Four appearances and won five area titles. But his greatest impact has been in the lives of coaches and athletes beyond the scoreboard.
