    In this episode we share our journey about the podcast creation and how important it was for us to just start.   And that's the key for many things. If you want to be of service you don't need to be ready you become ready along the way.    What we went through with our mothers in order to heal our own heart and to be able to be of service to the feminine is what you get to know in this episode.    It is our belief that we men are here to serve the feminine and the children so that they feel safe to relax into their softness and thrive in their true nature.    Without doing the healing with our own mothers this wouldn't have been possible. Many break throughs happen spontaneously and you can't plan them    We alway get what we need, when we need it in order to take the next step on our journey through life.

    Quitting porn is a path of taking responsibility and your power back in your own hands. You probably tried to quit many times and want to make the final move now to be free from porn. In order to do that, you need to take your power back. You have a lot of power within you and you gave it away in the past and let yourself down. It’s time to let that behavior go and step up. What we did was to connect with all the times we let ourselves down and fell back to watching porn and to then to tap on our chest and scream all that built up anger up out. The best way to do that is to go out into nature and primal scream and let the pressure out. There is something special that happens when you allow yourself to connect with your raw power and show it - first and foremost to yourself. Only you can make a change, only you can choose to do something differently and to take charge of your own life. No one can do it for you but you, so do it.     In this episode we are covering all we have discovered on our journey when it comes to being free from porn and changing the way we see ourselves. It all starts in the mind and what we think about ourselves. Who am I? Who do I want to be? Those are questions that are helping you to define yourself beyond the version of you that were identified with in the past. In order to be a man who is free from porn you need to see yourself and identify as a man who is free from porn and connected to his purpose. You can choose what you want to be and how you want to show up in life. In order for the new you to emerge, the old you need to leave and that process can be uncomfortable because you don’t know yet what is happening and how life will be. It takes some practice to get used to it, to put in conscious effort in order to make it a smooth ride and practice to do the work yourself instead of letting it happen. The cool thing with the mind is that you can choose your thoughts and dictate your mind what to thing instead of being a slave to it.
