 MLCCC Podcast  Episode 20

This May marks the Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month in US.  To highlight the contributions and achievements of Asian Americans, we are focusing on one of them, the nuclear Physicist Madame Wu.   In honor of her achievements, a USPS stamp was issued in her name in January of this year.  Our podcasts are centered around a children’s book “Queen of Physics”.

  • Episode 17: a dialog with the author Teresa Robeson about her book “Queen of Physics”
  • Episode 18: five 4th grade girls read Teresa’s book in Chinese.
  • Episode 19: 2nd grader Alexandra and her Mom Jeena read Teresa’s book in English.
  • Episode 20: a short bio of Madame Wu, read in both Chinese and English.
