006. How Do You Define Health? With Dr. Sung Won, M.D.

Glass Half Healthy

My 5th guest as part of my Launch Series is a surgeon who I have regarded as a personal mentor from afar. Dr. Sung Won, M.D. is a spine and orthopedic surgeon with a strong emphasis on Regenerative and Lifestyle Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the world renown Washington University in St. Louis / Barnes-Jewish Hospital as well as dual fellowship training, focused on cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine as well as minimally invasive spine surgery. Dr. Won provides the most comprehensive methods of Stem Cell Therapy, Regenerative Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine to help his patients to prevent, treat and potentially reverse chronic disease. And he’s here to provide you with his thoughts on how he defines health. I hope Dr. Won’s message clicks something inside your mind to help redefine what health should mean for you.
