01012023 - Impact

Recorded 01 01 2023 after a long processing session I also recorded and will be editing and probably adding more to before releasing.

It's been a process of accepting that for me I have to speak it out and look at it to get deeper then the surface tension on a routine basis and highlighting the rituals of life that serve me best here and now to release and reset every morning.
