020: Finding Motivation

One of the things I hear most is “I can't find the motivation” or “How do I get motivated” or “I get started and then lose the motivation to keep going”. These struggles are SO common and there's a good reason. Motivation is a feeling that comes and goes. Sometimes we feel motivated and sometimes we just don't. But why is that and what can we do about it? Listen in as I explain why motivation is so fleeting and how to figure out how to really solve this problem for good. Believe me, it's possible.
