This week we sat down with Tichaona Chitsinde, the Head of Risk Management and Compliance at an International National Government Organisation. Tich shares the power of his peers and how they have helped him in moments when he hasn’t been so sure. Tich likes to think of himself as a rebel, questioning things that just seem dated and no longer relevant.
