I’m a 21 year old who’s been diagnosed for 2 years. I occasionally will meet someone who’s also T1, but for the most part it’s just me. This podcast gives me all types of different people who have gone through the same as me and often even more, which is super comforting. Thanks for what you do Tim

This podcast helps you understand the wide varieties of people who have Type 1 diabetes as well as that just because you have it, doesn’t mean you cannot so what you want to do. As someone else who is dealing with Type 1 diabetes, this podcast is very handy.

I’m up at 1:30am with a blood sugar of 42 eating cereal, and this podcast makes me not feel so alone and bummed. It’s just nice to hear that there are people who have a lot in common with me, diabetes related or not, and are going through the same struggles. To anyone else up in the middle of the night with a low, I hope you level out and can get back to sleep soon.
Great interviews with type 1 diabetics

Love this podcast!!! Tim is truly someone who a type 1 diabetic can relate to. Being a type 1 diabetic myself, I appreciate his interview questions and love hearing other people’s stories. It’s really great to finally have people that truly understand what it feels like to have type 1 diabetes on a day to day basis share similar experiences as I have. Listening to people’s experiences makes having this disease, or disability if you will, more relatable and aids with the psychological component of managing this disease. I’m a fan of this podcast for life now! Great job Tim!
