Here’s a simple, 5-minute exercise to try before you fall asleep tonight:
Minute 1: Write down 3 things you are thankful for today.
Minute 2: Write down what you’ve accomplished today.
Minute 3: Assess how you did today.
Minute 4: What is one thing you did today that got you closer to your goal?
Minute 5: What would you like to accomplish tomorrow?
