04: Maximize the Most Important Hour of Your Day Living Lighter

How do we set ourselves up for success each evening so we can enjoy a more productive tomorrow? And not just a day that's productive but  happier, lighter, and more joy-filled? The key is how you spend the hour before you go to bed. While many may think the first hour of your day is the most important, it’s actually the last one! Here’s a simple, 5-minute exercise to try before you fall asleep tonight:
 
Minute 1: Write down 3 things you are thankful for today.
Minute 2: Write down what you’ve accomplished today.
Minute 3: Assess how you did today.
Minute 4: What is one thing you did today that got you closer to your goal?
Minute 5: What would you like to accomplish tomorrow?
