What we eat as a population can be both destructive or a regenerative for the environment, and in this episode Ric explains how regenerative farming works, and why it is important to understand where your food comes from. These benefits are important in so many ways including biodiversity, climate change, public heath and reducing obesity and to make the production of food a more profitable and sustainable business.
