My guest for this episode is Michelle Mendoza.
Michelle’s Human Resources career spans more than 20 years – with large corporations such as Johnson & Johnson, Intuit, Cadence Design Systems and KLA Tenor. Michelle has 15 years of experience working with non-profits, including spending over a year as a HR Manager at a non-profit before starting her own business, Connect to HR.
Since 2010, she has focused on HR consulting for companies including Apple and Veritas as well as privately held businesses, non-profits, and foundations. Michelle is bilingual in English and Spanish, and can assist leaders to develop a heightened sensitivity to the nuances of diversity and communication.
Michelle works with executives as a Strategic HR Advisor and she provides Executive Coaching. She serves as a trusted partner to new and transitioning leaders as they discover their strengths, work to uncover areas of opportunity, and ultimately decide how they want to lead their people.
In this episode, we discuss maintaining a safe and healthy workplace especially during a crisis. Communication is key but there's much more.
