I first listened to Ethan as a guest on Peter Attia’s podcast and was delighted to learn that he now has his own podcast. I find his interviews to be easy to follow and I LOVE the pauses he takes to summarize important points and add his own emphasis and commentary. Ethan seems to be a doctor who thinks critically and thoughtfully about the evidence and science and translates that into plain English for us to digest.
