In this episode we learn about a lot of things with earth lover and entrepreneur, Cathy Nesbitt. You will see that she has a lot of really interesting and unique passions. We talk about why laughter is so important to our health and a relatively new practice of laughter yoga. We also talk about worms and how they are more than just the creepy crawlers your big brother threw on you as a kid and see just how important they are in composting. We also learn about the nutrition of "sprouts" and growing them at home. What an interesting mix of topics, but it made for a really fun conversation with lots of...laughter :)
