Part 1 is How To Write & Stick To A Personal Budget with fluctuating or seasonal income by holding it accountable to a budget.  In this episode Bill & Nancy lead you through beginner, intermediate/advance and pro levels of personal budgeting or allocating the money you earn into different accounts. By allocating in different accounts, you now have a budgeted amount to spend within that account.
