    098 Going To Your Temple

    097 Listening to the Body's Subtle Cues

    095 Pelvic Bowl Clearing

    Sweet, sacred listeners, this week Sophia is here to give you some basic, introductory practices for you to follow in order to touch your own root and begin clearing your pelvic bowl. This is womb-centered work but to be entirely clear, you do not need to have a physical womb or vulva or female identity to do this work. All genders and all bodies can do and benefit from this work! In this episode, you will learn how to hear messages from your body, get your own consent, and you will get an introductory practice to do. If you want to pause and follow along with Sophia, then you may want to listen to this episode in a private space where you feel comfortable touching your root and you can prep by washing your hands and perhaps finding some coconut oil or other lubricant if you think that will be supportive to you.     094 Consent In Relationship Dynamics

    Hello beloveds! We're kicking off the season with an episode about relationship dynamics! Yay! It's time to talk about how to use our consent tools for more than just sex. In this episode, Sophia talks about what to do when you feel this cosmic spark that feels like divine fate, but the person you are so smitten with doesn't feel it, or doesn't want to act on it. She talks about how it is so tempting to try and woo and charm and convince until this sweetheart comes around and sees the beautiful potential that you do but that is not an ethical thing to do. And beloved, beautiful, charming, exquisite listener, you deserve a love that needs no convincing.     093 New Season

    Beloved listeners, we are back yet again! This time we have a whole season ready for you, so for the next few months you can count on a new episode of Vagina Talks every other week alternating with our sister podcast, Medicine Caller. This new batch of episodes are going to be short and sweet solo episodes with Sophia Wise One, each focusing on a single topic. This autumn and winter were incredibly difficult for us here at Vagina Talks. We lost several incredibly precious people in this season of darkness and grief. In this time of doing her own grieving, Sophia also worked diligently with every tool she has to support her fellow mourners and learned some incredibly potent lessons.
