I like the science based strategies she shares and the realistic approach as you don’t come away feeling you have to be perfect but, instead, you have a few key small steps to improve wellness

Absolutely loved the hydration episode. Great mix of the science behind the topic, practical ways to stay hydrated, and the host of meaningful benefits (physical, mental etc) by following some easy to form habits. Really looking forward to listening to the other episodes! Well done!
