I loved this podcast. Great voice. Difficult to listen to at times but so good to know!

I found this podcast to be done really well. All the background information I found really fascinating, I could see how parents get suckered into this. It’s people just taking advantage of people at such a hefty cost. The experience of these teens is beyond disheartening. We see you survivors 🤍

Great podcast so far that I have heard. I do wish people would also start looking into a similar industry except with children that are wards of the state either through being taken from their parents or through juvenile court that also get placed in these types of “placements “ normally in the form of a group home residential setting. The same things happen there and the same behavior modifications. I myself was transported from one juvenile hall to another in the middle of the night shackled with adults (and I was only there waiting for a placement to open up which took months.) We were left in a van all night outside with no jackets or blankets while the officer transporting us disappeared. A lot of terrible things to unfold in that industry as well. Anyways just food for thought. keep up the good work.

Simply pod, if you were the parent of a troubled teen, you must listen to this podcast. It doesn’t matter what your child’s teachers or counselors have told you. The TTI (troubled teen industry) is a con, and it is dangerous! You will spend money on a program that doesn’t work, your child will be abused, and you will lose them. Reach out to family-based programs, The Betty Ford clinic, but avoid congregate care at all cost!
