  • Nancy Armour said, "it's a solution in search of a problem", especially after the NCAA President Baker testified that there are less than10 trans athletes in all of college sports, in other words, 0.00173%. Baker further testified that an NCAA study found that abuse and harassment of female athletes is a massive issue.
  • the White House reversed Title IX rule from the Biden administration that offered more protections for the abused and instead now offers more protections for the accused and lessens the liability for the colleges.
