Postpartum doesn’t have to suck. Here’s why... If you’re here, you likely face similar frustrations as my students – frustration with your pre-baby clothes not fitting, chronic exhaustion, mood swings, brain fog, hair loss or seeing your body in the mirror that looks completely different... Maybe you don’t have the time or energy to nourish your body well.
