I really enjoyed the Songbird Road podcast which is why I listened to this one, but unfortunately, this one seems very one-sided. I understand that the victim's family chose not to participate but I feel there could have been more of an effort to present a more balanced approach.

I came back to this podcast from a Facebook post and forgot how bad this was. I live in the Chicago suburbs and remember watching the live coverage on the news the morning this happened. I have always agreed with the guilty verdict. The amount of twisting this podcaster does to try to say he didn’t is amazing. And his family trashing Kimberly and her family is just gross. Listen to his family and you will totally understand how he is guilty. The podcaster should be ashamed for releasing this trash.

This is the most biased, irresponsibly reported podcast I have ever listened to. I understand that Kim’s family didn’t want to participate, but the podcasters still have a duty to present a story that at least attempts to illustrate an unbiased holistic view of her. What a shameful, lazy way of handling an absolutely horrific tragedy. I had never heard of this case prior to listening, so am approaching this with no opinions on anyone’s guilt or innocence. However I can imagine a piece of garbage like this can only negatively impact truth or justice.
