100: Zach Giglio, Leadership, and Sweeping the Shed

Unlabeled Leadership

I invite guests to share personal stories about acts of leadership that help shape their lives. In Episode 100, Zach Giglio shares an impactful experience with his CEO during the start of his career. He then explains why some of the best rugby teams come from smaller countries, specifically the All Blacks. He then advises us on how we can strengthen our leadership.

Prologue

With more than a decade of experience in public relations, public affairs, marketing, and digital and social media, I can safely say that Zach is a communications expert! Before starting his own boutique communications firm, Zach worked for the most prominent public relations agency globally (located in Washington D.C. and Johannesburg) and has worked as an independent contractor.
