We are nearing year end, and it’s a great time for you to use a review and debrief to help you get some anxiety relief.

In this episode, I’ll share with you the benefits of using a review, what you can avoid by using a review, and how doing this practice can help you through the struggles you have as an anxious high achiever.  

Then, I’m going to help you through a review process!
