    117 // 3 Perspective Shifts To See Your Anxiety Decrease

    Hey, Holistic Wellness Warrior 👋Have you ever prayed the prayer “Open my eyes Lord, help me to see others and today with your perspective” Or something of the sort. This was and still is a common prayer of mine, and in October 2022, he did not only open my eyes, but I learned a great deal about vision from an eye infection. God taught me how to shift my perspective to not only learn from my pain, but also reduce my anxiety in the process. Being that God has given vision as my word of the year, I have been thinking dreaming, looking into that a lot...so there is so much to say about it. But, today I’ll FOCUS on 3 steps you can take to SHIFT your perspective,  so that you can get out of the anxiety loop. ALSO, Can you even believe today is November 1st?!     116 // Worry, Stress & Anxiety: What's the Difference and Is There a Healthy Level?

    Hey, Holistic Wellness Warrior 👋You my friend, have probably said the following words more than once within the past week: worry, stress, and anxiety. Today, I want to talk about these three feelings and what they mean, how they’re different, and if there’s such a thing as a “healthy” level of these emotions. Let’s start by saying that worry, stress, and anxiety are all part of life and part of motherhood. They’re natural responses to the challenges we face. But, God also doesn’t want us to live in constant fear, anxiety, or stress. So, let’s break each of these down together.And ALSO, if you have said these words, then I KNOW, ME TOO, I GET IT!  I was there and oftentimes use all of them and include overwhelmed, exhausted, maybe even burned out. BUT, I found a way to learn what my feelings were telling me and find a place of peace. Honestly, that peace that passes understanding. I took intentional action and found myself with more time, energy, presence and peace! Do you want that? I know you do! Because, I can guarantee between the diapers, bathroom trips, 20 snacks, getting dinner in the crockpot, work requests, and trying to squeeze in a workout, or some prayer time with God... your plate is overflowing and you can't seem to fit it all on, but NOTHING can come off. Let's just chat about it for 15 min! While the kids are having lunch or while playing taxi driver or while they are playing in the backyard..let's chat about how you CAN find more time, energy and peace in this exact season you are in.
