Today’s podcast guest is Kayla Pollock, Registered Dietitian, Director of Coach Development at Healthy Steps Nutrition, and HSN Mentor.
Kayla not only runs a successful nutrition program at her gym that she owns with her husband, but she also helps thousands of coaches launch their nutrition coaching programs through her role at Healthy Steps Nutrition Mentoring.
Kayla leads the “Coaching the Coaches” program which was implemented as part of the onboarding process for HSN Mentoring. As of May 1st, 2022, the “Coaching the Coaches” program has been added to the Basics of Nutrition Coaching CrossFit Preferred Nutrition Course. This is a course that teaches the fundamental skills to become an effective nutrition coach and helps coaches apply theory into practice when coaching clients using the Healthy Steps Nutrition Framework.
