Finding the Balanced working mama podcast has been such a resource and a relief in my motherhood journey. As a new mom I felt so overwhelmed trying to it all But Dr. Amber Has been helping me find balance and peace and I feel seen.

First, listening to Dr. Amber’s voice is so calming...lol. Me and a friend of mine have talked about this; I could listen to her about anything. Secondly, the podcast has helped me remember many of the things that I learned participating in the Empower Wellness Mama Group that Dr. Amber established. As a new bonus Mama, I have felt very blessed but also very overwhelmed, as this has been uncharted territory for me. Listening to this podcast helps me to remember how important it is for me to prioritize my wellness and that doing so doesn’t rob me of what any of the other tasks or roles I have; it can only enhance my ability to carry out those tasks and roles. I used to use my commute to listen to podcasts but since I’ve been working from home, I don’t have that time. One of the things that Dr. Amber has helped me with is establishing a bedtime routine and I’ve been using that newly established routine to catch up on the podcast. It has been so helpful and grounding!
